Shipping policy

1. Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in all 50 US states. We do not ship internationally.

2. Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum order value.

3. Processing time

Orders ship within 1 business day (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday ship on the next business day.

These are estimates. Busy periods, carrier capacity, weather and holidays can cause delays.

5. Where your order ships from

Your order is packed and shipped by our fulfilment partner from their warehouse in China.

6. Duties and taxes

Import duties are included in our prices, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery. Any sales tax that applies to your state is shown at checkout before you pay.

7. Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number and link. It can take a few days before the first scan appears.

8. Lost or delayed parcels

Every shipment is insured at no extra cost. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, email info@saimour.com and you can choose a replacement or a full refund.

9. Incorrect address

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email info@saimour.com straight away. If a parcel comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we'll arrange redelivery once the correct address is confirmed.

10. Delivered but not received

Please check with neighbors and around your property first. If you still can't find it, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

11. Returns
