How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order in the United States.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship within 1 business day. Delivery then takes 7 to 12 business days, so 8 to 13 business days in total. See our Shipping Policy.

Do I have to pay duties or import fees?

No. Import duties are included in our prices. Any sales tax for your state is shown at checkout.

How do I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking link.

Can I return my order?

Yes. Returns are free within 30 days of delivery. Email info@saimour.com with your order number and we'll send you a prepaid return label. See our Refund Policy.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes, exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability.

Which size should I choose?

Our sizes are US sizes. Check our Size Guide and measure your foot length. If you're between sizes, choose the larger size.
