Refund policy

At Saimour we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, returning or exchanging it is simple and free.

1. 30-day returns

You can return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition and packaging, with all tags attached.

2. Free returns

Returns are free. Email info@saimour.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. We reply with your return instructions and a prepaid return label. If we can't provide a label for your address, we reimburse your tracked return postage.

Please don't send anything back without contacting us first, so we can track your parcel and refund you quickly.

3. Refunds

  • Once your return has arrived and been checked, we refund the full price of the item(s) to your original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few extra days before the refund shows on your statement.
  • We do not charge a restocking fee.

4. Free exchanges

Need a different size or colour? Exchanges are free within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. Email info@saimour.com and we'll arrange it.

5. Damaged, faulty or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email info@saimour.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. In many cases you won't need to send anything back.

6. Cancelling an order

You can cancel your order free of charge before it has shipped. Email info@saimour.com with your order number as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you can return it under this policy.

7. Orders that don't arrive

If your order hasn't been delivered within 30 days of purchase, contact us and you can choose a replacement or a full refund. See our Shipping Policy for delivery times.

8. Items we can't accept back

  • Items that have been worn outside, washed or damaged after delivery
  • Items returned without contacting us first
