This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Saimour collects when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices and rights you have, including under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) as amended by the CPRA and other US state privacy laws.

2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email address, shipping and billing address, phone number (optional), order details and any messages you send us.
- Payment information: handled by our payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring website and similar data, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
3. How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including returns and exchanges
- To answer your questions
- To send emails about your order and, if you signed up, news and offers (you can unsubscribe at any time)
- To keep our website secure, prevent fraud and improve the store
- To meet legal and tax obligations
4. Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us run the store: Shopify (our e-commerce platform), payment processors, our fulfilment partner and warehouse in China, shipping carriers, and email and analytics providers. They may only use it to provide their services to us. We may also share information when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal information for money. If we use advertising cookies (for example Google or Meta), this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time (see section 6).
5. Cookies
We use essential cookies to run the store (such as your cart and checkout), analytics cookies to understand how the store is used, and advertising cookies to measure our ads. You can manage cookies in your browser settings and through our cookie banner where shown.
6. Your privacy rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we have collected about you and get a copy of it
- ask us to correct inaccurate information
- ask us to delete your personal information
- opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information and of targeted advertising
- not be treated differently for using these rights
To make a request, email info@saimour.com. We may need to verify your identity before we respond. You can use an authorized agent to make a request for you. We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals as an opt-out of sale and sharing.
7. How long we keep information
We keep order information for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet tax and accounting requirements, and other information only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for.
8. International transfers
We are based in the Netherlands. Your information may be processed in the Netherlands, the United States, Ireland and China by us and our service providers. Where we process data in the EU, we follow the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
9. Children
Our store is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version is always on this page.
